
Bryson Smith is a dedicated youth mentor who works with boys ages 5 to 14, offering guidance to those struggling with peer relationships, communication, and confidence. He provides a supportive space for boys who need someone to talk to and helps them develop healthy ways to express themselves.
He is currently attending Western New England University, working toward becoming a Doctor of Osteopathy with a focus on sports medicine.
Alongside his studies, Bryson works as a receptionist and after-school physical fitness facilitator at Back to Motion Chiropractors, demonstrating strong responsibility and commitment to wellness. For the past three years, he has also been a valued mentor at Phoenix Mental Health Solutions, helping young boys build self-esteem and navigate early adolescence.
Bryson’s commitment to his community, his academic ambition, and his heartfelt dedication to supporting young people form the foundation of his work as a mentor. He consistently strives to create a safe, encouraging environment where boys feel seen, heard, and valued. Whether he is helping a child open up about personal challenges, guiding them through difficult social situations, or encouraging them to believe in their abilities, Bryson approaches every interaction with patience, empathy, and genuine care.
